How can I purchase tickets to an event or game at El Paso County Coliseum?
El Paso County Coliseum is a Ticketmaster building so all tickets to all events can be purchased either through the box office or any other Ticketmaster outlet, online at www.ticketmaster.com or via Phonecharge at 1-800-745-3000.

What does it mean when I purchase a ticket online or via Phonecharge and it says “Credit Card Entry”?
When tickets are purchased either online or via phone, and Ticketmaster describes the tickets as “Credit Card Entry,” it means the tickets purchased are paperless tickets. The credit card used to purchase the tickets will be needed to enter the building. A seat locator slip will be printed after the credit card is scanned and will serve as a ticket stub. What does it mean when I purchase a ticket online and it says “Print at Home”?
When tickets are purchased online, the customer is offered the option to “Print at Home”. This option allows the customer to print out ticket at the time of purchase on a printer connected to the computer used for purchase. Ticketmaster previously described this option as TicketFast. Are gift cards available for concerts, special events and games?
Yes. Ticketmaster sells gift cards that are good for music, sports and entertainment events. Gift cards can be purchased online in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 or $250. They can also be purchased at most Ticketmaster retail locations.

How do I know if an artist will be performing at El Paso County Coliseum and when tickets are going to go on sale?
Shows are posted on the website as soon as all of the information is confirmed for a show including ticket prices and when tickets are going on sale.

At what age are you required to have a ticket to an event at El Paso County Coliseum?
Children 3 years and older require tickets to all concerts, special events, and hockey games. For the Circus and Disney on Ice events, children 2 years and older require a ticket.

How long do concerts normally last?
Most concerts last about 2 ½-3 hours in length not including any intermissions or set changes and usually let out by 11pm at the latest.

How long do family shows like the circus and Disney on Ice last?
Most family shows last about 1 ½-2 hours and normally have an intermission.

When do doors open for an event at El Paso County Coliseum?
Doors open an hour before show time or game time, unless indicated otherwise.

Are cameras allowed into the building?
For still cameras at concerts, special events and sports, the policy varies from show to show, however, video cameras and recorders are not allowed for any concerts, special events or games.

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the facility for any event. We encourage patrons to visit one of the many of our concession stands offering a variety of food options during an event. Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside the El Paso County Coliseum and Events Center.

Is smoking allowed in the building?
Smoking is not allowed inside El Paso County Coliseum. This is a smoke-free facility.

Where can you park if driving to an event at El Paso County Coliseum?
The County Coliseum has its own parking. There is a $5 charge for onsite parking for events. There is also street parking available.

Where is the box office/will call located? What are the hours of operation?
The main box office and will call windows are located at the main east side entrance of the coliseum. The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and closed on non-event Sundays. On the day of an event, the box office will stay open until about 1 1/2 hours after the show starts. Will Call opens 1 1/2 hours before the show starts or you can pick up your tickets during regular box office hours.

Where are the entrances to El Paso County Coliseum?
There is one entrance to the building for ticket holders: the main entrance is on the east side of the coliseum. If you are a promoter or entertainer please Contact Us for more information on other entrances to the building.

Where do they set up the stage for concerts?
Most concerts are set up in an end stage format in which case the stage is located on the South end of the building. If the concert is in the round or center stage, then the stage will be in the middle of the floor. The Seating Charts provided on the website provide a general idea of the different seating arrangements for an end stage and center stage event.

How can I get a backstage pass for a concert?
Unfortunately, backstage passes are not something for which you can make a request. Backstage passes are issued by the representatives of the performers just like any invitations to any private function, and are not available to the general public.

It’s my anniversary and/or my birthday and I’d like to have an announcement made at a concert or put up on the screen?
For concerts, special announcements are not possible as the PA system is used strictly for announcements pertaining to the show. Any video screens that are used during a show are also brought in by the individual tours and are pre-programmed for content pertaining to the show. The El Paso County Coliseum’s scoreboard is generally not used during concerts.

Do you have accessible seating in the coliseum? What do I do if I need a sign language interpreter or have already purchased tickets to an event and now need special assistance in getting to my seats?
Yes, we do have accessible seating available. Please contact our Administrative Offices for assistance as soon as an event goes on sale. We can also assist you in getting you to your seats by calling us at 915-534-4229. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for us to return your call.

Accessibility (ADA) Information
The El Paso County Coliseum recognizes the needs of those with disabilities and strives to provide a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our events. ADA Parking - There are handicap parking spaces available and are located in front of the main entrance. Spaces are on a "first come, first served" basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

Drop-offs and pick-ups for ADA guests may be done in front of all our facilities.

ADA Seating - To order accessible seating tickets, contact  the County Coliseum Box Office. At the County Coliseum, we hold seats in various areas of our facility for patrons who require wheelchair access, as well as those with visual and hearing impairments and those who have limited mobility (but do not require the use of a wheelchair).

The Coliseum has accessible seating located in various levels of the Arena at all price categories. Seating for the visually/hearing impaired is available in the lower level.

Service Animals - We welcome service animals or other animals that are trained to do work or perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

Guest Conduct

This facility is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for our guests. In order to maintain an enjoyable and safe environment, we request that all guests be courteous to those around them and abide by the building’s policies and regulations. The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from the property:

  • Noisemakers of any type (e.g., air horns, cow bells, etc.
  • Use of laser pointers.
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside our facilities.
  • Unacceptable or indecent dress.
  • Damaging or the intent to damage property of the El Paso County Coliseum.
  • Failure to obey or follow the facility’s smoking policies.
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs.
  • Public drunkenness.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any “off limits” areas such as the stage area, backstage or restrooms of the opposite sex.
  • Participating in a fight.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or employees.
  • Throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, on stage or any other areas.

Guests who fail to abide by the facility’s policies and state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility.  Any guest violating policy will be asked to correct their behavior. If they fail to do so in a timely fashion, they will be ejected. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate the property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.

Lost & Found
During events, found items should be turned in to our Administration Office. All items found are then turned over to our security. Items are held for 30 days. If left unclaimed, they will be disposed of or donated to local charities. If you have lost an item, please contact our administrative office or security at (915) 534.4229 before 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note, the El Paso County Coliseum is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items. Lost Children / Missing Person
Lost children will be taken to the Security Office. Guests looking for their lost child or missing person should report directly to the Security Office or an Event Staff Member for assistance.

Media
All media inquiries should be directed to the Event Marketing Manager at eventmarketing@countycoliseum.com or (915) 534.4229. Please include your name, contact info, what media you are representing and the purpose of the article/photo. Most events require media to be pre- approved. Optimum time for requests is one to two (1-2) weeks prior. Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout the El Paso County Coliseum.

Scalping
Guests may not re-sell tickets at any price at the El Paso County Coliseum and property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or from the County Coliseum Box Office.

Smoking Policy

The El Paso County Coliseum is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the facility by any guest or employee.

Advance Ticket Sales

Umbrellas
Umbrellas of a reasonable size are permitted inside the facility but are not to be opened. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the El Paso County Coliseum.

Video Cameras

The use of movie cameras and video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited at most events without prior written consent. The El Paso County Coliseum reserves the right to confiscate any tape, film or equipment.

Wi-Fi Service

Security

The El Paso County Coliseum maintains 24-hour house security. Additional security is offered through our exclusive security provider for a reasonable fee, including:
